He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Franklin Sr. and Beatrice Blevins (Delph); and his son Robert L. Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Angie Portmess (Brian) of Albion, Thomas A. Blevins (Debbie) of South Carolina, Kevin E. Blevins (Pam) of Tennessee, Brain P. Blevins of Virginia and Tracy L. Blevins of Albion; and his close friend Betty Leamey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
