He is survived by: his children, Stacey (Thomas Monnier), Adam (Susan Sprague), Tiffany Avila of Goshen and Tabitha Frick (Dave Aker); and his sisters, Penny (Jim McCormick), Cindy (Tom Nodine) and Peggy (Dave Farrington).
