It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Jo Holbrook of Albion, Indiana, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sr. Ackerman and Marilyn Ackerman (Reinig); and her grandson Seth Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Dave Holbrook; her stepchildren, Jason Holbrook (Celeste) and Sara Miller (Tommy) of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Joseph Ackerman Jr. of Rome City and Cathy Prater (Carl) of Wolcottville; and her nieces and nephews, Shwandra Witham (Kevin), Cody Prater, Heather Ackerman and Lauryn Ackerman.
