She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth and Meletine Amstutz Sr. (Boyle); her husband Kenneth Fulk; her daughter Lisa Kreiger; her sisters, Carolyn Keith and Shirley Cory; and her grandson Randall Fulk.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth E. Fulk Jr. and Chad Fulk; her siblings, Kenneth Amstutz (Karen), Richard Amstutz, Michael Amstutz (Linda) and Mona Ruble (Barry); and her grandchildren, Joseph, Brittany, Jessica, Adan and Nicholas. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
