It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Elser of Albion, Indiana, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Elser to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Smith; his parents, Charles M. Elser and Cleone Elser (Reidenbach); and his siblings, Burnell, Nadine Elser (Mault), Clifton, Vonita Bair (Elser), Charles, Marjorie Elser (Parker), Raymond Elser, Elizabeth Shellman (Elser), Robert Coil, Robert Smith, James Elser and Harold Elser.
He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Rehling (Mike); his granddaughters, Dr. Michelle Tolle (Bryan) and Nicole Felty (Blaise); his great grandchildren, Harrison (Felty) and Cora (Tolle); his son Felty; his sister Helen Coil (Elser) of Albion, IN; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Elser (Carpenter) of Albion, IN, Ann Elser (Kinnison) of Ligonier, IN, Betty Smith of Albion, IN and Patricia Elser Frymeir (Steigmeyer) of Auburn, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
