He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Norris and Theresa Norris (Hursey); his wife Mary Lou; his daughter Karen Dreibelbis; and his siblings, Jack Norris, Larry Norris, Lane Norris and Jo Gaff.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Weidenhamer of Fort Wayne, Marc Norris (Jan) of Albion and Scott Norris (Janet) of Syracuse; his son-in-law Duane Dreibelbis of Albion; and his close friend Max Knafel. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Phil's memory may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, Central Noble Food Pantry, or the Parkinson's Association.
