She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bert Sr. and Willodean Kirkpatrick (Gaff); and her brother John Bert "Butch" Kirkpatrick Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Craig Whonsetler; her children, Chris Wolfe (Robin) of Garrett, IN, Bert Wolfe (Deb Collier) of Albion, IN, April Wolfe (Mark Smith) of Albion and Nicole Whonsetler (Jim) of New Port Richey, FL; and her siblings, Dick Kirkpatrick (Louise) of Mongo, IN, Jack Kirkpatrick (Karen) of Auburn, IN, Lindia Demaree (Frank) of Churubusco, IN and Larry Kirkpatrick of Garrett, IN.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
