She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Bolinger; her daughters, Cindy Slusher and Rhonda Hursey; and her sister Roberta Pritchard. She is survived by: her children, Gary Hursey (Debbie) of Columbia City and Tammy Ramey (Rob) of Columbia City. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great- grandchildren; and several great- great- grandchildren.

Memorial gifts may be given in her memory to Collamar First Church of God or to the donor's choice of charity.
