She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McNeal and Mable McNeal (Kichler); her husband Richard W. Blotkamp; her sons, David W. and James E. "Boz" Blotkamp; and her brothers, Ben, Ray and Tony McNeal.
She is survived by: her son Dennis W. Blotkamp (Diane); her grandchildren, Shane Blotkamp (Sarah), Scott Blotkamp, Sara Householder (Jon), Justin Blotkamp (Brittany) and Cody Blotkamp (Devona); her great grandchildren, Jake Blotkamp, Brooke Blotkamp, Cory Blotkamp, Nathaniel Householder, Jamie Householder, Ellis Blotkamp, Reese Blotkamp, Nylah Blotkamp, Lillian Stout, Wyatt Blotkamp and Nora Blotkamp; her daughters-in-law, Jean Clark (Roger) and Renee Dodson; and her goddaughters, Rhonda Dye and Sara Householder.
