She was predeceased by: her parents, Arby Earnhart and Mary Earnhart (Doke); her husband Nelson Smith; her son Don Smith; and her brothers, Dean, Gene, James and Frederic Earnhart.
She is survived by: her son Kenny Smith (Karen); her sister Annamae Earnhart; her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Earnhart, Bonnie Earnhart and Peg Earnhart; her grandchildren, Nelson Smith (Joantha), Jason Smith (Michelle) and Jamie Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Greg Smith (Paul), Debbie Smith (Mike) and Steve Smith (Dania); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Alex, Anthony, Evan, Steve and Emersyn. She is also survived by five step-great-grandchildren.
