She was predeceased by: her parents, John Surber and Wilda Surber (Bates); her former husband Terry Dowe; her husband Everett Neill; and her sons, Ross Neill and Theodore Neill.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Neill (Cyndy) and Jo Ann Mick (Stevie); and her grandchildren, Gillian May, Joshua, Hannah (Matthew), Esther (John), Dmytro Kleshnia, Stephen (Shannon), Terri (Nicholas), Ruth (John), Jennifer and Jessica. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
