He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Gay and Ann Gay (Nicholson); his daughters, Kristin Rush (Jeff) of Albion and Britnie Gay (Max Berkes Jr.) of Albion; his stepson Colin Harker of Syracuse; his stepdaughter-in-law Kim Waggoner of Etna Green; his brothers, Keith Gay (Julie) of Woodburn and Bill Gay (Michelle) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Holly Katzka (David) of Milwaukee, Mikayla, Nick, Taylor, Jordan, Tyler, Dakota, Conner, Camden, Charlotte, Kyra, Olivia and Evelyn; and his wife Diane Harker.

Memorials may be made in memory of Ken to the Bear Lake Church Camp.
