He is survived by: his wife Bev Fitzpatrick (Smith); his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Kristen Fitzpatrick of Fort Wayne; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Brock Pulver of Albion; his grandchildren, Cole, Blake, Sam and Ellie; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Fitzpatrick and Tom Henderson.
