He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Johnson and Frances Johnson (Hamman); his siblings, Sally and Jack; his stepdaughter Michelle Randol; and also Randy.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Johnson of Albion; his stepson Tony Crawford of Rome City; his sister Vicki Sholty (Scott); and his niece Jodi Mason (Mike) of Muncie. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
