He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Pearce and Helen Munger (Jefferson); and his wife Patricia Pearce (Wheeler). He is survived by: his daughters, Helen Braden (Jeff), Carol Recher, Dawn Braden, Fern Keenan (James West) and Dian Vox; his fiancée Helen Peterson; his brothers, William Pearce (Sharon), Frank Pearce and John Nemeti (Carol); and his former wife Nanci Behrendt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
