She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe H. Smeltzer and Florence M. Smeltzer (Holmes); her husband Ralph E. Deck Sr.; her sons, Bruce and Gene Deck; her grandsons, Curt Hasting Jr. and Bruce Deck Jr.; her siblings, Donald, Charles Smeltzer, Patsy Agler and Barbara Hyatt; and her stepsister Lillian Boswell.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Deck, Shari Taylor (Rocky), Linda Kuhn (Randy), Wanda Hines and Ralph Deck Jr.; her brother Lowell Smeltzer (Judy); and her sisters-in-law, Nellie Smeltzer and Mary Grace Deck. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
