He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Smolek and Jacquelyn Smolek (Summers); and his brothers, Michael Smolek and Barton Smolek. He is survived by: his wife Jerra Smolek of Albion; his son Brock Smolek (Natalie) of Albion; and his siblings, Brook Smolek (Brenda) of Albion, Julie Neuhauser (Jim) of Rome City and Marna Morris (Ron) of Churubusco.
Due to the Governor's mandate – Face masks covering the nose and mouth are mandatory and social distancing will be followed for the visitation and service.
