She was predeceased by: her husband James P. DeVoe; her son Norman DeVoe; and her parents, Lemuel Botts and Ruby Botts (Lowe). She is survived by: her children, Phillip DeVoe, Norma Clevenger and Ruby Morris; her daughter-in-law Luann Mayer; her siblings, Charles Botts, Marion Botts of Oneida, TN and Janice Welch; and her grandchildren, Andrea Navarro (Lorenzo), Jordan Morris (Kelsie), Megan Rhetts (Joe), Katie Pryor (Anthony), Jay Morris, Maggie Guffey (Jake) and Eric DeVoe (Tiffani). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
