He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brown; his daughters, Amanda Roy, Holly Surette, Jessica Minner and Gracie Minner; his mother Karen Kay Brown Manley (Harvey); his sister Sherri Dillon; and his grandchildren, Kacie Roy, Karah Roy and Zamanii Dodson. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
