She was predeceased by: her husband Murray E. Barrett; her parents, Homer Selvey and Mary Selvey (Strong); and her brothers, Richard Selvey and Max Selvey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Hall and Julie Moody; her grandchildren, Mark Hall, Angela Wilson, Mike Hall, Amanda Stanton and Amy Overholt; and her sister-in-law Betty Selvey. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
