She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Hurst and Cora B. Hurst (Scott); her husband Clifford J. Rogers; her son Richard; her children-in-law, Mary and Virgil Sutton; her grandson Tracy Todd Sutton; her great grandchild Evan Stanley; and her siblings, James Hurst, Floyd Hurst, Charles Hurst, Kenneth Hurst, Freida Norris and Nellie Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Rogers (Carmen) of Montpelier and Mary J. Sutton of Hartford City. She is also survived by Nineteen great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Waters Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
