He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin R. Davidson and Frances E. Cottrell Davidson; his wife Marjorie J. Plummer; his daughter-in-law Karen Davidson; his brother Edwin T. Davidson; his mother-in-law Jan; his brother-in-law William Cotton; and his niece Penny Truax Earl.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmie M. Davidson of Alamo and Nancy Rodenbeck (Mark) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Paula Davidson, Ben Davidson, Abigail Covington (Austin) and Betsy Rodenbeck; his great grandchildren, Ava Covington and Adele Covington; his sisters, Betty Truax and Barbara Cotton; and his close friends, Jan Edwards and David "Fats" Yeagley.
