He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Willie" and Helen K. Risner (Adams); and his brother Paul Risner. He is survived by: his wife Billie Risner of Akron; his daughters, Nicole Gutierrez (Albert) of Akron and Stacey Hoxie; his grandchildren, Emma, Dylon, Elizabeth, Bella, Gavin, Axel and Frankie; his siblings, James Risner (Barb), Drema Montgomery (Todd) of Burket, Debbie Jensen (Mike) of Hamlet and Danny Risner (Donna) of Warsaw; and his sister-in-law Irene Risner. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
