He was predeceased by: his father Paul L. Murphy. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Sue Murphy (Horn) of Warsaw; his brothers, Jeff Murphy (Tami) of Warsaw, Bryan (Tracy) of Akron and Ryan (Becky) of Rochester; and his nephews, Josh, Joe, Morgan, Andrew, Seth and Austin.
