She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Elson and Dorothy Elson (Haines); her son Joel R. Mathias; her granddaughter Amanda Ramsey; and her brother Walt Elson.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Fulton of North Manchester, Beth (Don Ramsey) of Rochester, Mary Yates of Rochester and David "Goober" (Debra Mathias) of Akron; her grandsons, Adam, Andrew and Travis; and her niece Pam Bassage of Reading, Michigan.. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
