She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Bickel and Maxine Bickel (Needham); her husband Walter D. Funk; her brothers, Gene Bickel, Jerry Bickel and James Bickel; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Bickel.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Funk (Nila) of Greenville, Tennessee, Donald Funk (Wanda) of Grovetown, Georgia and Robert Funk (Tammie) of Akron, Indiana.
