She was predeceased by: her parents, William Slone and Amanda Slone (Howard); her former husband Burl Prater; her husband Berrell C. Marshall; her son Laymon Marshall; her grandson Marvin Marshall (Jimmy Marshall); her sister Josephine Slone; and her half-siblings, Bertha Bolen, Dorton Manns, Mitchel Manns and James Arnold Slone.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Connie Fairchild of North Judson, Stella Day of Ft. Wayne, Gene "Jerry" Manns of Silver Lake, Danny Slone of Wabash and Wiley Bailey.
