He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Deardorff and Gladys Deardorff (Little); his wife Pat; his son Michael Deardorff; and his sisters, Laura Deardorff and Dorothy Barr.
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Kerrick (Melanie Deardorff) of Claypool, Ind. and Kevin (Amy Deardorff) of Claypool, Ind.; his daughter-in-law Pat Deardorff of Overland Park, Kansas; and his brother Ralph (Linda Deardorff) of Huntington. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren; a Great Great Grandson.
