She was predeceased by: her spouse Cleotis Daine; and her brothers, E. Wayne Hoffman, Elvin Hoffman, Earl Hoffman and Eddie Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughter LuAnn Greene of North Manchester; and her grandchildren, Stacy Michelle Stafford and Jason Russell Stafford. She is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
