He was predeceased by: his father Robert O. Heighway; and his brother Ernie Heighway. He is survived by: his wife Linda Heighway of Akron; his daughters, Ginger (James Holloway) of Burket, Amy (Mike Murphy) of Akron and Heather (Chris Griffith) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Kole, McKenzie, Gunnar, Emily, Brandt and Bo; his sisters, Karen (Larry Wilson) of Montgomery and Sharon (Con Shewman) of Akron; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Heighway of Fountain City, Ind., Dan Severns, Terry Severns and Gary (Janet Severns). He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Echoes of the Past or Wheels on Fire with checks written to the Beaver Dam Church or Nichols Cemetery.
