He was predeceased by: his father Adalberto Arias Gutierrez. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Gutierrez (Lucero) of Akron; his wife Nicole of Akron; his children, Emma, Braxton and Bella; and his siblings, Luz Cristina (Matthew Haussmann) of Talma, Jesus A. Gutierrez and Diego A. Gutierrez.
