John J. Jewell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Jewell of Akron, Indiana, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lee George; his sons, Justin and Cody Jewell; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Ellanora Yazel.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jewell of Akron; his children, Rory (Alisan Jewell) of Ft. Wayne and Chaitra (Ryan Adams) of Akron; his grandchildren, Gracin, Finley, Keaton, Jurnee and Berklee; his sister Phyllis (Stephen Bendzunas) of Bluffton; and his siblings-in-law, Mike (June Yazel) and Teresa (Jim Jones). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
