He was predeceased by: his parents, Okra Hackworth and Cynthia Hackworth (Spraudlin); his wife Earlene; his great grandchild Tyler Lee Willett; his siblings, Kurt, Sybil, Mable, Delmer and Grace; and his stepfather Bruce Sizemore.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa (Bob Larson) of Akron and David (Delilla Hackworth) of Akron; his grandchildren, Nicole (Frank Ledbetter), Brandon Larson, Jeremy Larson, Sherri (Justin Whitaker), Kayla (Zach Willett) and Jordyn Hackworth; his great grandchildren, Hunter Larson, Annaleigh Turley, Mariah Ledbetter, Mallory Larson, Lincoln Whitaker, Jacob Willett and Paxton Whitaker; and his sisters, Mandy (Gene Oliphant) and Betty (John Tucker) of Ohio.
