She was predeceased by: her parents, Okie Webb and Etta Webb (Bell). She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Dan Craft) of Akron, Teresa (Mike Gutierrez) of Allegan, Michigan, Richard Chilcutt of Akron, David (Tammy Chilcutt) of Rochester, Randy (DeeDee Chilcutt) of Peru and Don (Shana Chilcutt) of Syracuse; and her brother Bill Webb of Baltimore, Maryland.. She is also survived by several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
