He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gaby and Audrey Gaby (Weaver); his grandchildren, Amanda Ramsey and Daniel Hite; his brother David Gaby; and his pet Teat.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Gaby of Akron; his children, Deb (Carl Auten) of Walton, Lisa (Shayne Nixon) of Logansport, Sherri (Bill Ramsey) and Bev (Verlin Ramsey); his grandchildren, Travis (Alyssa Ramsey), Aaron Ramsey, Wes Ramsey (Dana), Ashley (Josh Derf), Heather (Mark Grandstaff), Megan Ramsey and Kari (Heath Frost); his stepgrandchildren, Verlin Ramsey Jr. (Crystal) and Shawna (Nick Stutzman); his brothers, Gerry Gaby and Kenny (Judy Gaby); his sister-in-law Bonnie Overlander; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 6 Step Great Grandchildren.
