Charles E. Staton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 89, Charles E. Staton of Akron, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles E. Staton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Staton and Elizabeth Staton (Owens); and his siblings, Owen, William, Roy, Bob, Woodrow, Marie, Louella, Lulu Bell and Dorothy.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Joe Staton (Diane), Phil Staton (Kathy) and Dianna Bartolazzi (Dave); and his stepdaughter Susan Hughes (Dave). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Charles memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
