She was predeceased by: her parents, John Isaac and Eva Sands (Shilling); her husband C. William "Bill" Merley; and her brother Carl Sands. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Merley Jr., John (Donita Merley), Mark (Sherry Merley) and Brent Merley. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandson.
