He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Martin (Greg) of Jamestown and Timothy Childress (Julie) of Lebanon; his niece Shelby Childers (Amanda) of Newport, KY; his grandchildren, Erika Carter and Gage Carter of Jamestown; his great grandchild Breccan Conwell of Jamestown; his siblings, Dale Childers (Yvonne) of Advance, Zona Phelps (Conley) of Lebanon and Bonnie Turner of Somerset, KY; and his wife Vivian Childress (Arthur).
