She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond William and Garnet Lura Lister (Ford); her husband Milburn Eugene "Gene" Watts; her siblings, Gene Lister, Floyd Lister, Maxine Walton, Ruth Eileen Lister, Ruby Birge, Thelma Lusk and Barbara Harris; and her brother-in-law Frank Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Terry) of Advance, Wendy Mitchell (David) of Jamestown, William Watts of Hockley, Ray Watts (Kathy) of Coatesville, Joe Watts (Penny) of Advance, Becky Lane of Advance and Eighteen; her grandchild Numerous; her sisters, Rose Ann Kincaid of Lebanon and Marilyn Chamberlain of Adrian, Georgia; and her brother-in-law Jerry Harris of New Ross. She is also survived by Numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
