He is survived by: his wife Hazel Rogers of Advance; his daughter Patty Rogers (Debra) of Jamestown Ron; his grandchildren, Karen Jorns of Lawrenceville and Kyle Jorns (Amanda); and his sister Ruth Ann Leonard of Indianapolis In. He is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren.
