She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Chris Jackson (Mike) of Edgewood and Debora Piccolo (Frank) of Houston, Texas; her brother Dick (Laurel) of Zion; her grandchildren, Rachel Bergen (Pete) of Arizona, Andrew Jackson (Leah) of Minnesota, Christian Piccolo (Sarah) of Washington, DC and Katie Patterson (Nick) of Washington; her sister-in-law Wanda Beem of South Carolina; her brother Rowland Beem; her parents, Paul Beem and Veatrice Beem (Whisman); and her husband Herbert K. Sandberg. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
