She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Dreyer and Helen Dreyer; and her brother Robert Dreyer (Virginia). She is survived by: her husband Robert; her daughter Traci (Ryan); her grandchildren, Tyler and Riley; her brother Richard Dreyer (Jeanne); and also, Edwin Gillings and Traci. She is also survived by his children and grandchildren; her sister Shirley (Stan) Ten Cate and her children and grandchildren; her late brother Robert's wife Virginia, and his children and grandchildren.

Sharon Lynn Gillings passed away on June 10, 2018 after a long and brave battle with Alzheimer's disease.
