He is survived by: his mother Mary Johnson; his fiancée Teresa Nelson; his brother Kenneth Mathis (Lynn Tester); his nephew Jacob Mathis; his close friend Jeffrey Roark; his pet Max; and also Andy Bentivegna. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
