He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Parks and Nell Parks. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Parks; his children, Sandra Davis (Howard), Shera Smith (Chuck), Joel Parks, Richard Krause (Valerie) and Gretchen Hutter (Chris); his grandchildren, Amanda Harris, Elizabeth Davis, Matthew Davis, Abigail Smith, Charlie Smith, Autumn Palacz, Stephanie Deal, Landon Parks, Nathon Parks, Anthony Krause, Sam Krause, Ben Krause and Kayla Hutter; and his brothers, Rick Parks (Cindy), Philip Parks (James) and Michael Parks. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
