He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William "Pa" Grogan, Pauline Grogan, Carolee Lester and Paulette Pilman; his aunt Lisa Buchta; and his brother Jackson Lester.
He is survived by: his parents, Brezzy Buchta (Joe Pilman) and Steven Lester (Heather); his brothers, Joseph Thomas Pilman and Cason Douglas Pilman; his grandfathers, Thomas E. Buchta (Judy), Richard N. Lester and Joseph "Joey" Pilman; and his aunts, Serene Pilman, Chelsey Pilman, Jolena Nelson (Chad) and Jayme Crooks. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Point Church (900 Lewis Ave, Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
