He is survived by: his wife Beulah Perry; his children, Valerie and Troy; his grandchildren, Cody Gauze (Alyssa) and Laura Blavat Sammy (Chris); his great grandchildren, Emily, Grace, Jackson Carter and Serena Caroline; his sister Kathy Tate; and his sisters-in-law, Pauline Large (Kermit) and Irene Brown (Gary).
