He is survived by: his wife Robbie Franklin; his daughter Samone Franklin; his granddaughter Sheila Franklin; his siblings, Mary Louise Franklin, Madeline Franklin and Bernard Franklin of Minneapolis, MN; his cousins, Gerry Hobdy of Baton Rouge, LA, Perry (Sheri) and Johnson (Lanham, MD); and his friends, Dr. Stanley Berry (BC), Bertram Days, Edgar Allen, John Cothrine, Irwin Trochin, Rocky Jones, Timothy Clark and Wallace Burnett. He is also survived by cousins, loving in-laws, niece, nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesus Name Apostolic Church (208 Lake St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Olivet Memorial Park Cemetery (1436 Kenosha Rd, Zion, IL 60099).
