It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Cashmore (Zion, Illinois), born in Salinas, California, who passed away on June 28, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ray Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy; her children, Jacqueline and Joseph; her mother Patty Sliva (Tom); her siblings, Kellie Ortiz, Kenneth Ortiz (Rebecca) and Desiree Ortiz; and her friend Tracee Perkowski. She is also survived by her extended family, friends, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Lisa's name.
