She is survived by: her children, Alcattio Terrell (April) and Tamika Terrell; her grandchildren, Ashley Anderson, Michael Anderson, Brittney Anderson, Kackie Magee, Jerimiah Arthurs, Kornichra Jones, Nyrees Irons, Nevach Lane, Isaiah Lane and Samara Lane; and her siblings, Gladys Ellis (James) of Chicago, Elizabeth Fields (Oscar) of Waukegan, Angiey Hemphill of Chicago, Frank Hemphill (Darlene) of Chicago, Kelvin Hemphill (Brenda) of Chicago, Roger Hemphill (Diane) of Chicago, Mark Smith of Arlington Heights, Shawn Smith (Wenda) of Des Plaines and Lamont HemPhill (Bernice) of Decatur. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
