With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jettie Rose Edwards of Zion, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fay Edge and Bertha Elenora Edge; her brother Bob Edge (Mary); her granddaughter Maison Rose Birky; her stepsons, Jack Edwards and Don Edwards (Dottie); and her granddaughter Mindy Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Delwin (Nancy), Darwin (Nancy) and Jo Huber (John); her husband Bob Peterson; and her siblings, Lynette Linden (Dave), Lynn Cox (Jim), Mary Alice Graham (Steve), Cindy Fehrman (Timm) and Tom Edge (Lydia). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 12 step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Community Church (2500 Dowie Memorial Dr, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
